RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Below, you'll find our return policy designed to make any return process as smooth as possible.

1. Return Period

  • 30-Day Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and any accompanying materials.

2. Eligible Items

  • Custom Orders: Customized items are created to your specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Stock Items: Non-customized items are eligible for return, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. They should include all original packaging, certificates, and any additional materials. Items will undergo inspection upon return; those showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted for return.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at cabochonds@gmail.com or (248) 559 - 0774 within the return period to initiate your return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.

  3. Shipping Your Return: Package your item securely and include all original packaging and documents. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

5. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will rectify the issue by replacing the item or providing a full refund, including all shipping costs.
